Terrance "Terry" Lee Baxter, 69, of Radnor, departed this life to be with the Lord for eternity, on the morning of Thursday September 25, 2025 surrounded by his loving family, following a brief illness.
He was born September 4, 1956 in Delaware to the late Jimmie Lee Baxter and Irma (Hawk) Baxter and graduated from Buckeye Valley High School in 1975.
Terry worked for Rhoades Farm Drainage for 10 years before working for the City of Upper Arlington, retiring after 32 years. He attended Lifepoint Church - Delaware and enjoyed working, helping his neighbors, farming, gardening, and caring for his property. He also enjoyed working on small engines, welding and fabricating. Above all, his greatest joy was spending time with grandchildren- fishing with them and cheering them on at their many sporting events.
Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 49 years, Gerri (Wyant); children, Robbie (Beth) Baxter of Westfield, IN, Andrew (Jessica) Baxter of Delaware, and Tara (Chris) Jenkins of Ostrander; eight grandchildren, Eli, Micah, Lizzie, Joel, Ethan, Kevin, Shelby, and Brianna; siblings, Barry (Shari) Baxter of Prospect, Linda Hickman of Ostrander, Cindy Kuba of Delaware, Jennifer (Rick) White of Columbus, Bill (Karen) Hughes of Cambridge, Eric Hughes of Radnor, Tammy (Todd) Rosebrough of Cincinnati; Jimmie's wife, Christine Baxter of Radnor; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Private family graveside service will be held at Radnor Cemetery.
The Snyder Rodman Funeral Center is honored to serve the Baxter family.

Gone too soon. Terry was a great human being. I went all through school with him. He was certainly one of those good ole Radnor boys. Sending my condolences to the entire family. May your days grow easier.
