Terrence James Cook M.D.

Dr Cook was a loyal supporter of me when in ran for Congress each and every term ( 2003-2015). He attended many fund raisers for me in Augusta hosted by Drs Servy, Barfield, Johnson, Friedman, and others. I will forever be grateful to him. He was a great Christian ( Catholic), Doctor, and friend. May he rest in heavenly peace.

Dr. Cook made my life worth living. I will forever be thankful.

Dr Cook was my Doctor for many years....a great man and physician....if you were his patient you were also his friend....we also knew many of the same people....enjoyed seeing him at places after he retired....Prayers for family and friends

We have many wonderful memories of our times together at the SEAA meetings ,Masters, and NYC. We will all miss him a lot and his fondness for chocolate!!

Dr Cook was my physician for 27 years. He was a kind, attentive and qualified professional. I was disappointed when he retired however so happy that he had time for himself and family.

Dr. Cook was an amazing Rotarian and a faithful server of his community. Augusta West Rotary Club will miss his cheerful smile, support and friendship. He was a Paul Harris Fellow, Will Watt Fellow and Chapter President (1980-81). He will forever be remembered as "Dr. Sunshine!" RIP Brother Terry!

Dr. Cook was my doctor. There will never be another as special as he was. Heaven will be rejoicing with such a special man arriving to worship our Lord and Savior. Rest In Peace!!Until we meet again. Susan Kasten
