Rev. Terrence A. McCarthy

Terry was a great friend at Mendel Catholic HS. He was a critical member of our 880 yard track relay team. We shared many good times at and after Proms. I am deeply saddened by his passing. We did share a table at a Mendel reunion some time ago, and it was a good time. He will be missed

Terry was always there for our family whenever called upon, I am talking decades. Loved and will be missed by myself , Dan McCarthy, and all my sisters. Kathie, Karen, Renee and Teri. All of us children of George and Dolores McCarthy.

Father Terry married my husband and I at St. Anastasia in Waukegan. It was a very memorable ceremony of course. Father Terry made it very special by drawing Mickey Mouse (our wedding theme) on a poster board while giving his homily. To this day we still have this in our home - almost 30 years later. Rest in peace Father Terry.
