Terri Ann Stembal, 59, of Elyria, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 18, 2024.
Terri was born on July 28, 1965, in Lorain, Ohio. She was raised with the love and support of her mother, Anna, and her late father, Lewis Robinson Jr. A 1983 graduate of Elyria West High School, she went on to build a fulfilling career as the administrative assistant to the superintendent at Murray Ridge School. In addition to her professional life, Terri found joy in attending Guardians games with friends, dancing, and decorating for holidays and special events. Her greatest happiness came from being a grandmother to her beloved granddaughter, Ivy. She cherished every moment spent with Ivy, delighting in creating memories filled with love and laughter.
Terri was a devoted and hardworking individual, known for her selflessness and dedication to those around her. Whether at work or in her personal life, she always put others first, offering support, kindness, and a helping hand whenever needed. Her greatest joy was caring for her family, and she poured her heart into creating a warm and loving home. Terri's commitment to her loved ones and her tireless efforts to support those in need left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her.
Terri is survived by her son, Evan Glinsey; granddaughter, Ivy Glinsey; her mother, Anna Robinson; her sister, Mary Stembal; her brother, Ian Robinson (Shanices); her nephew, Shane Robinson; her niece, Nia Robinson; her best friend, Michele Acoff and a host of family and friends who were dear to her heart.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lewis Robinson Jr.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024, at 11am and the funeral service will begin immediately after at 12 noon.
Services will be located at Second Baptist Church, 427 Chapman Ln Elyria, Ohio 44035.
Services will be live streaming at Carter Funeral Home Facebook page.
We invite all those who knew and loved her to join us as we say our final goodbyes. Your presence and support during this time of grief would mean so much to our family.
