Terry Lynn Adkins

I have known Terry for many years. We were classmates, friends and East Burke class of 1990. He was always a loyal friend with a good heart. Sometime he would be overzealous and let his temper lead the way. He would help those who asked anyway he could. My family and I thought highly of Terry. He was a good fiend and I will miss him. RIP Terry.

Its so hard to come to realize that i would never hear that infectious deep laugh or your big ol' smile. I know we had our ups and downs but ive never and will never again feel the kind of love that you showed me and how deeply you actually loved me... I'll never feel that again cause nobody will ever be 'YOU'!!!!! Thank you T for all the love , laughter , smiles , laughter , and abundance amount of love that you had and still have for me and our babies. They love you like their own Daddy cause you were and nobody can ever compare to you in their eyes. Please fly high -- you deserve it Big Daddy and i am so glad you're finally free. I will forever , and ever and always be in debt to you for showing me what true love really was and for loving me always (even when i was late for visits) and just making my life so very nice and enjoyable and you live forever in my heart. Our babies say bye and miss you and always love you too !!! Now its your turn to keep "every light in the house is on' for me cause I'll see ya there .
Still lovin' you !! I'll never forget the way you said it the nite before you left us and im so glad those were our last words to each other. You were the best Big Daddy and i will , and the kids, will love you always and forever!!

It's hard to imagine that the curtain has drawn on those big blue eyes and bigger grin, that the our lives will not echo with the infectious sound of his laughter again. His love was unconditional, his loyalty fierce, his escapades as legendary as that laugh and self-confident personality. He blazed a trail through life and into our hearts, wide open and full speed ahead. Rev it up Noobie, burn rubber to the next adventure as only you would do.

Noobie Doo, I just can not believe you are gone. I have so many wonderful childhood memories growing up together on that hill. Like the time you disappeared and no one could find you and your mom called the police.The police force and everyone on the hill was spent hours looking for you. My daddy ( your uncle Terry) said it was after dark andvyou just came out of nowhere and asked "Who are they looking for uncle Terry?" You had went down into Grandpa's garden and had fallen asleep. I am going to miss that infectious laugh, those big Ole bear hugs and most of all that smile and the I love yous. All your sweet cards and letters are tucked away in my my box of moments,and you Will always be tuck away in my heart. Until next time, I will be seeing you later. I love you lots and thanks for the moments you made special.
