Terry Benton Obituary
Terry Wayne Benton, age 54, of Weatherford, passed away early morning Wednesday, January 31, 2018, with his family by his side. Terry was born May 15, 1963, in Mineral Wells, to Terry Dale Benton and Patty Ray Martin Benton. He worked as a welder and was a member of The Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 146 in Fort Worth. Terry enjoyed building go karts, watching football, smoking meats, fishing and was up to almost anything involving the outdoors.
Terry is survived by his loving wife of 6 years, Candy Benton; sons, Daniel Benton and his wife, Katie, Shane Benton and his wife, Cacey; father, Terry Dale Benton; sisters, Patsy Benton, Sherri Wolfe and her husband, Steve; grandchildren, Katelyn Benton, Wyatt Benton, Landon Benton, Cooper Kerr, and Easton Kerr.
Terry was preceded in death by his mother, Patty Ray Benton.
Funeral service 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 3, 2018, at Galbreaith Pickard Hilltop Chapel. Barney Ellis will officiate. Interment Bethel cemetery. Visitation 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, February 2, 2018, at Galbreaith Pickard Hilltop Chapel.
