Dear Carol & Family,
A memorium to Terry & my husband, David that I submitted in David's Guest Book that I feel would be a memory to both of them:
"This is a tribute to my husband David & his long time friend, Terry Cavanaugh.Terry was putting together his thoughts & memories to enter into David's Guest Book. However, Terry passed away on May 24th before he was able to write his entry. David & Terry always enjoyed the times they could spend together. Terry had the knack, the humor and the memory to come up with stories & good times going back some 50 years to the "Werner era."
When David passed away last Nov, Terry sent his condolences along with a personal note to me in which he wrote, "David was the greatest man I've known." Those few words told me more that I had realized about the special friendship they shared. They will keep an eye on each other. They are probably already putting together a "crap game". You Werner guys can relate to that. Terry was a special friend to many & we will all miss him. We will remember the "Good Times."

To the Cavanaugh family: When Terry was in my office last, he had a great outlook. He was waiting to see the next course of action that the doctors were going to take.He was always so nice to us here. Our hearts are sad. The Peyers

Terry was always a ray of sunshine in his own special way. It always made my smile to hear Terry's voice in the office. It was a pleasure to know Terry and there will definitely be a void at King. He is now in a better place where he will enjoy peace.

I am so sorry to hear about Terry. I know this has been a difficult journey for your family. I also know that words cannot take away your sorrow, but I hope that the concern and caring of everyone around you will help to give you the strength to see through this trying time. Terry will be greatly missed as a coworker.

Terry will be greatly missed as a co worker and family friend. Terry is known in our house as the donut man. Each holiday the bakery he often visited would have a GIANT donut with sprinkles for the holiday in honor. He would never forget to grab one for our sons Collin and Carter. The boys would call to thank him each time and after the phone call my 4 year old would tell me how much he loves the donut man and is so happy he remembers to get him donuts. He was so thoughtful and carring in his own unique way. He will be greatly missed by all. Carol you are a rock and one of the strongest woman I have ever known. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family
