Terry “Cy” Lee Moser, Sr., 76, of Greenville, South Carolina, loving husband of Jenny Williams Moser, passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025.
Born on July 10, 1948, in Greenville, South Carolina, he was a son of the late Louis Ralph and Jane Murray Moser. Cy was a devoted family man, cherished as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. His engaging personality meant that he never met a stranger; he was known for his outgoing nature and the ability to make friends wherever he went. Cy attended Carolina High School and went on to serve his country in the US Army. After his military service, he enjoyed a fulfilling career as a maintenance supervisor and retired from Greyeagle Apartments. He was a jack of all trades, which meant he often found ways to assist those around him. Outside of work, Cy had many interests and hobbies. He loved riding his Harley Motorcycle with his wife, enjoying the freedom of the open road. He also had a passion for traveling and spent many joyful days bowling in the Tri-County Bowling League. Cy had a special bond with his dog, Kiwi, who was often by his side. Cy was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church and attended Crosswell First Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife of 27 years, he is survived by four children, Terry “T.C.” Lee Moser, Jr. (Erin), Shannon Denise Craddock, Tracey Lee Glenn (Ryan), and Tommy Wayne Moser; and a brother, James “Jimmy” Moser; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Larrie Moser; and three brothers, Raymond Moser, Ronnie Moser, and Sammy Moser.
