Terry Dwight Ellsworth, 78 of Marion died peacefully at his residence on November 4, 2025.
Terry was born on February 21, 1947, in Marion and was the son of Hershel and Velma (Mahoney) Ellsworth.
He retired from Norfolk & Southern Railroad and Amtrak where he was a locomotive engineer for over 30 years. He later graduated from the Alexandria School of Therapeutic Massage in Alexandria and was a registered massage therapist.
Terry served his country with the United States Army serving in the Indiana National Guard.
Left to cherish his memory are his two sons, Rick (Mary Lou) Ellsworth of Alexandria and Jerry Mack of Missouri. Also surviving are two granddaughters, Ashley and Lacy.
A celebration of life will be held later. There are no services planned at this time.
