Terry Dale Jackson passed away peacefully at 11:45 am on Wednesday, October, 15, 2025, while his loving wife of 39+ years held his hand, at UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. Terry was born on December 6, 1952 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and lived his life filled with love, laughter and kindness.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Kathaleen Hosfelt Jackson, his sister Geraldine Clark and brother Larry Vernon Jackson. Terry is survived by his wife Judy Jackson, his brother Allen and sister-in-law, Faye Jackson, nephews Chris and Jeff Jackson, niece Kim Jerca and nephew Timothy Clark, and numerous great nieces and nephews.

Terry graduated from Poplar Bluff High School, Class of 1970. He attended Three Rivers Community Junior College and then graduated with a BS in Architecture from Kansas State University in 1981. He worked as an architect in Houston, Texas from 1981-1986. Terry then graduated with High Honors from The Computer Learning Center in Houston, Texas and in 1987. He worked for JPMorgan Chase Investment Banking in Houston from 1987 to 2015 in Infrastructure Database Administration. He retired in 2015 and relocated to Paragould, Arkansas to be closer to family.

Those who knew Terry will remember him for his love of life, laughter, animals, music, reading, and travel. Terry was a quiet person and his approach to life was simple: treat others with respect and kindness, cherish his family, and find joy in the small things.

Terry's journey on earth has ended, but his spirit will remain for all those who hold him close in their hearts.

As a celebration of life, raise a glass to Terry with a wish of Godspeed and, if so inclined, make a donation to your local Humane Society or Cancer Foundation.
