Terry Edwin McComb

Terry Edwin McComb, 64, of Poplar Bluff died Friday, Nov. 30, 2012 at his residence. Mr. McComb was born Aug. 22, 1948 in Piggott, AR. He was of the General Baptist faith, was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Mr. McComb previously worked at Rowe Furniture Company, and later retired from Nordyne Corporation. He enjoyed spending time with his family, camping, golfing, and fishing. On Dec. 27, 1969, he married Ellen Digges in Poplar Bluff. She survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Kristy Pollard of Poplar Bluff; a grandson, Ethan Pollard; a sister, Jean Beckeley (Jay), of Minneola, TX; and a brother, Gary McComb (Cindy), of Piggott, AR. His parents, Stanley and Ada (Menser) McComb preceded Mr. McComb in death. A graveside service with full military honors will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield with Rev. Jim Schremp officiating.
