He was born Aug. 27, 1972 in Memphis, TN to Mary Hernandez of Dothan, AL and the late Charles Moore.
Terry is survived by 2 children: Kayla (Jacob) Morgan and Terry (Gina Whaley) Moore Jr. all of Granite City; 3 grandchildren: Julianna, Joshua and Kinzlee Morgan; a sister: Lisa Crider of AL; 5 brothers: Scott Moore, David Moore, Jerry Moore and Randy Moore all of TN and Greg Leonard of Birmingham, AL; his step-mother: Marsha Dixon of TN; and his former spouse and her husband: Tiffney and James McMinn of Granite City.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by 2 children: Tori Elizabeth Moore and Cody Dalton Moore.
Services are private.
