Terry L. Nansteel, 73, of Kunkletown, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at his home.
Born June 17, 1952, in Trachsville, Terry was the son of the late Gladys (Hunsicker) and Burgess Nansteel. His wife of 50 years, Diane L. (Bollinger) Nansteel, passed away on August 14, 2022.
Terry worked for 25 years for the New Jersey Zinc Company, Palmerton. He then went on to work as a loader operator at Eureka Stone Quarry, Stroudsburg. Terry attended Lehighton High School and loved fishing.
It was fitting that Terry passed away during hunting season. He lived for hunting season and instilled in all of those around him the same love for this time of year. He enjoyed the time he spent in nature and the time spent with friends doing his favorite thing to do in life. He will be greatly missed by his family and his friends.
Terry is survived by his children, Rayonna J. (Nansteel) Fedor, wife of Travis M. Fedor, Kunkletown, and Stephen L. Nansteel, husband of Andrea S. (Furry) Nansteel, Palmerton. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Andrew, Kaitlyn, and Justin, and by his brother, David Nansteel, Summitt Hill.
Along with his parents, and his wife, Diane, Terry was preceded in death by his daughter, Kristen Ann Nansteel, and by his sisters, Sarah Nansteel and Julianna Eldem.
Services for Terry will be held privately by his family.
