Thad Womack Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by North Dallas Funeral Home & Cremation Services on Dec. 31, 2025.
Thad Allan Womack, 57, of Garland, Texas, passed away on December 29, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and quiet strength.
Thad was born on August 18, 1968, in Garland, Texas, to Patricia Ann White and Charles Womack. He was raised in Garland and graduated from North Garland High School, a place that marked the beginning of many lifelong friendships and memories.
In 1996, Thad married the love of his life, Misty Womack. Together, they shared 29 beautiful years of marriage filled with devotion, laughter, and countless cherished moments. Their union touched many lives and was a true testament to enduring love. Thad was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and his family was always his greatest pride.
He is survived by his loving wife, Misty Womack; his son, Benjamin Jones, daughter-in-law Savannah Jones, and daughter Wynter Jones; and his beloved grandchildren Trenton Moore, Daisy Dobbs, and Austin Jones. Thad's dedication to his family was evident in everything he did, and his presence will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
Thad spent much of his career working as a compounder at Aloe Vera, where he was known for his reliability and strong work ethic. Outside of work, he found joy in keeping exotic species of fish, spending time with his grandchildren, and simply being with his wife. Those closest to him will remember Thad for his kind heart, gentle spirit, humility, and unwavering love for others.
He is also survived by his brother David Womack, sisters Alexia Brandin and Joanna Magenheimer, as well as several nieces and nephews. Thad was preceded in death by his parents, Patricia and Charles Womack.
Thad Allan Womack will be remembered fondly and forever held in the hearts of his family and friends.
