Thaddeus Kuczinski

I am a fellow congregant at Community Unitarian Universalist Congregation, so my first meeting with Ted was in the choir of course.

But I was also a Sunday School teacher for many years, and Ted offered to be one of the emergency substitutes that we could call on if another teacher couldn't make it at the last second. (We always need to have two adults in the classroom at all times.)

Even when he would walk in without knowing a thing about the lesson plan, he was always able to help a lot, and he loved being around the little kids.

And then he would always email me afterwards to say what a great class it was. On top of that, he and Claire would always buy Christmas wreaths for our kids Scout troop fundraisers.

It was always great to be around Ted.

I worked with Ted at Church Street School. One of the kindest gentleman I have ever met. RIP
