Bailey; sister, Mildred Sheppard (Mickey); stepdaughters, Barbara St. John (Andy), Bonnie Hayes (Gerald); stepsons, Vernard Collins Jr. (Leah), Gary Collins, Terry Collins (Amy), and Jeffery Collins; as well as, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Her hobbies included working puzzles, reading and quilting. She worked at Belview Elementary School in the cafeteria where she was lovingly known as "Granny" by the children. She has always been a caregiver for her family and friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you to her granddaughter and caregiver Stephanie Linkous, also we would like to thank the staff at Heritage Hall and the hospice team from Well House Home Health, Dr. Sowinski at Heritage Hall and Dr Daniel Kelly her General Practitioner for many years.

The family would like to express their love and appreciation for her friend and roommate Genevieve Hendricks.
