So so many stories. Ted told me the time he first laid eyes on Alice, and how he was brave enough to ask her to dance and the rest is history. He and Alice had phenomenal children who he loved beyond words. Alice once wrote to him "Because our relationship is based on honestly and fairness, there is no need to test each other. It is so wonderful to find someone whom I don't need to play games with, and who lives up to everything I consider right, and important, and beautiful." I am a science geek, and Ted worked on so many amazing, world-changing products with some of the greatest minds. And he could blow a harmonica toon better than anyone. I can only hope to live a life and to be the husband and father Ted was. My life has been forever changed knowing Alice and Ted Collier, and thank you to them and his children for sharing their life with me. In HIs Love, Wayne Beam M.D.
