Theodore entered this life on January 19, 1947 in Chicago, IL, son to the late Theodore Bernard and Louise Rooding. Theodore faithfully served his country in the United States Army and was a proud Vietnam Veteran. Following his retirement, Theodore moved to Tennessee in 1988 and served twelve years as the Houston County Court Officer. In 1991, alongside of his wife Dee, Theodore became the successful owner and operator of Dee’s Danville Bait Shop until retiring in 2000. He was a stubborn man who always did it his way, which was always okay; he will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents, Theodore was preceded in death by his brother, Eugene Rooding.
Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, Dee Rooding; estranged son, Theo Rooding (Brianne); precious grandchildren, Miles Rooding, Elizabeth Rooding; and best friend, Gail O’Hanley.
