Theresa Figuccio (née Longo), 80, a lifelong resident of Lodi NJ, passed away on November 10, 2025, at Villa Marie Claire in Saddle River, surrounded by her loving family.

Theresa is survived by her husband Albert Figuccio for 61 years, son Peter Figuccio and daughter Nicole Figuccio. Cherished grandmother of Raven Figuccio and dear sister of Steve Longo and Frank Longo.

Before retiring, only 2.5 years ago, Theresa enjoyed a fulfilling 35-year career as a counselor at Jenny Craig in Paramus, NJ. She was more than just an employee, she truly cared for her clients and had a passion for helping them live healthier, happier lives. As a lifelong advocate for health and nutrition, Theresa found joy in sharing her wisdom and helping others live well. Theresa's years at Jenny Craig not only gave her a career she truly enjoyed, but she also made many dear friends she loved and valued throughout her life.

Theresa was also a faithful Christian and attended Emergence Church in Totowa, NJ with her husband and family. She studied her Bible regularly, watched and listened to her favorite preachers on TV and radio, and learned and shared the scriptures she cherished.

Theresa had a special love for cooking and watched the Food Network daily for inspiration. Over the years, she perfected her cooking skills and her Italian dishes were definitely restaurant-quality, especially her famous Feast of the Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve.

Theresa was kind, compassionate, and selfless. So was also so unintentionally funny that it brought a lot of laughter to her family over the years. She was loved deeply by all who knew her and returned that love wholeheartedly. Her children adored her and felt blessed beyond measure to call her their mom. Her life was devoted to family and God and treasuring her many lifetime devoted friendships. She will be profoundly missed and forever remembered through the countless memories she leaves behind.

Her family will always be grateful to the "village" that came together in love and compassion to help care for Theresa during her illness. Their daily devotion to her care is a testament of the lives she touched and how much she meant to her family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial wake service on Thursday November 20, 2025 from 4-8pm at Di Chiara Funeral Home, 300 Main Street, Lodi NJ.
