Of Highland Park on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, Mrs. Lazzaro was born May 3, 1938 in Maierato Italy and emigrated to the United States in 1954. Theresa was the beloved wife of the late Guiseppe (Joe) Lazzaro; mother of Anthony Lazzaro (Jacki), Joseph Lazzaro (Doreen and the late Catherine), and Domenic Lazzaro (Nicole); grandmother of Matthew Lazzaro (Colleen), Justin Lazzaro (Emily), Dayna Cotugno (Christian), Michael, Gregory, Christopher, Joseph and Andrew Lazzaro; great-grandmother of Luca and Mia Lazzaro, and Emma Cotugno; step-grandmother of Douglas Marinack (Katelyn) and their daughter, Brielle; daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth Fusca; sister of Rose Fusca and the late Jennie Moschella, Catherine Tavella, Maria Riga, Nicholas Fusca, Anthony Fusca, Dorothy Fusca, Elizabeth Ionadi, Gregory Fusca, Concetta Manno and Rose Ionadi.
Celebrate Theresa’s life with her family on Sunday from 2-8 PM at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. at Route 8, Shaler Township. Mass of Christian Burial will be at St Raphael Church, St Jude Parish, Morningside on Monday at 10 AM.
