Theresa Sonia "Sunny" Mackey

Theresa Sonia Mackey, (Sunny as she was known to many family members and close friends) of Richboro, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Friday March 20th, 2026, she was 95.
Sunny was born in Philadelphia, PA on June 11, 1930. She graduated from Villa Joseph Marie and went on to work for the Philadelphia Electric Company until retiring after 30 years of service. She was very dedicated to her family and provided loving care for her parents, William and Violet Mackey until their passing. She was an independent, fun-loving, adventurous and kind woman who continued to give of herself to her family, friends, and her church. She loved traveling, food, the theatre, and working on her oasis of a property full of woodland beauty and local wildlife.

Sunny is survived by her sister Patricia Graber, her nieces Sharon, Kathy, Marie, Ann, Janet and their families. She will be remembered for her exemplary strong will, wit and hard work which taught all of us to aim to be like her in our own way.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM at St. Vincent DePaul Church, 654 Hatboro Road, Richboro, PA 18954. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
