Will always remember Dennis as a nice young man who was my neighbor and who shared his time with my two sons, Larry and Lonnie.

You will always be in my heart Hoop. You were a good man and a great Trooper. Thanks for showing this newbie the ropes at the task force all those years ago. I'll miss you my friend.

Hoop, it was our pleasure to host you on your hunts here in Ohio. Even though we never arranged your meeting with that trophy whitetail we did get to share in the success of you harvesting your first Ohio long beard. Our deepest sympathy is with the Hooper Family in their time of grief.

Hoop, It has been my honor to call you comrade and friend, although I must confess I'm sort of glad I wasn't an actual member of Sgt. Mosco's wild leave group at the old Westminster Barracks. Between Geo. Prager, Selby, Cpl. Anders, yourself and the rest, this Baptixt would have become a so-so Baptist much sooner than he did! Anyway, I shall always miss your smile and your zest for life. You are one of the good guys and you have run a good and noble race. See you on the other side of the river.
Bret and Tam, God go with you both during these the toughest times.
Love, Sgt.(ret.)JW Long MSP

Dennis was in my leave group at the Westminster Barrack in 1997. He was always there to answer the call and to keep his group members alive with his sense of humor. I also remember him along with his brother and sister when they were in the youth fellowship group at the Westminster United Methodist Church. Rest easy and peacefully brother.
