Dr. Thomas Jenkins Bixler II

Tom Bixler was my chief resident during my internship year at Johns Hopkins. He was the most caring, confident, and skilled physician on the house staff that I encountered that year. He inspired me to do my best under the most demanding times.

In March 1992, Dr. Bixler and his group, with Dr. Bixler doing the actual surgery, did heart surgery for me and God has extended my years by 32. I will always be grateful for his training and expertise that I am sure God blessed him with. I am sure he will be greatly missed by many, many people.
