Thomas Lynn Bossert

Tom Bossert, age 67, passed away peacefully March 15, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with ALS and Cancer.

Tom was born in Racine and eventually moved to Greendale where he attended Greendale High school, graduating class of 1977.

Tom will be remembered for his strength, resilience, and the quiet determination with which he faced life's challenges. He was incredibly strong, even in the most difficult of times, and carried himself with a steady presence that brought comfort to those around him.

He had a great sense of humor, often showing his wit in his own quiet way. He could be stubborn at times, but it was part of what made him who he was – Someone who stood his ground and faced life head on.

Tom had a deep passion for classic cars and a true love for music. He took great pride in his Z-28 Camaro, proudly showcasing it at local car shows where it earned numerous ribbons and trophies. He especially enjoyed being outside on hot summer days flipping through car magazines and laying in the sun listening to Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, or classic country music with the dogs constantly by his side. Those simple pleasures were a big part of his everyday life.

He was a devoted husband to his loving wife of 45 years, Teri Bossert, and a caring father to his daughter, Nicole Bossert. His family meant everything to him, and the love they shared will always remain.

Tom's life was not defined by the challenges he faced, but by the perseverance, strength, and quiet courage with which he faced them. He leaves behind memories that will be cherished. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Celebration of life will be held at later date.
