Thomas E. Brenholt, 79, of Eau Claire WI passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2024 in Osseo WI. Tom was born on November 4, 1944, in Ashland WI to the late Floyd and Elizabeth Brenholt. He attended Ondossagon high school and Northland College. He married his wife Jean in 1963 and went on to have three children.
Tom worked for LSDP and NSP for 33 years until he retired in 2000. He was the president of the Chamber of Commerce in Hayward and a member of the Lion's Club. He enjoyed photography, genealogy, cards, boardgames, camping, and traveling the back roads especially to Tyrone.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Jean; children, Brian, Tammy (Leo) and Lisa (Brian); grandchildren, Chase, Eric and Isabella; brother, Floyd (Kay).
He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Betty; brother, Donald; and daughter in law, Leilani.
The family wishes to thank the Mayo Home Health team especially Jackie, Marnie, Mike, Katelyn, and Kayte. The family would also like to thank their wonderful neighbors for all of their help and support throughout the years.
Funeral Services will be held at 12 PM on Friday, September 13, 2024, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Hayward, Wisconsin. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. A luncheon will immediately follow the service.
Chippewa Valley Cremation Services – Celebration of Life Center in Altoona is assisting the family with arrangements.
