So sorry to hear of the loss of Mr. Carter and my thoughts are with the family at this tough time. Just lost my father back in May and even as we can prepare for the enevitable it doesn't make it any easier. Rest easy Mr. Carter! Mike Boyce, Chesapeake, Va.

I have many fond memories of Uncle Tommy as a child. I always thought of him as the Big Man with a soft heart. He always had bear hugs and kisses for me & Sheila. I am praying for Vickie, David, Chip & Bryan....Love You All!!!

My prayers for comfort and peace are with all of Tom's family. He was one of the kindest men I have ever known. I worked with Tom for many years when I was in the ICI warehouse. He was a very special person. God Bless you all. Susan Glenn

David,Vicky, Chip, and Bryan- it seems as if it were yesterday when I was out back of your house on Meadow Dr in Spring Meadows subdivision in Mechanicsville, shooting hoops, and enjoying life. Uncle Tommy showed all of his nieces and nephews a sincere kindness and made us laugh occassionally, and for that, I will never forget him. It will undoubtedly be forever etched in my mind, and I will always be able to recall those happy memories. May God be with your family, as he is in a more peaceful place. May God also comfort your family in this moment of sadness. Our sincerest condolences- Lennie,Patti, Rachel, and Nick Carter
