Dear Julie, I would like to express my Deepest Sympathy in the passing of your Husband Thom. I worked with Thom at PPG for many years. He was my Fire Chief and also my Boss when he was in charge of the Environmental team. He was very fair and I learned quite a lot from Thom. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Thom was a bigger than life guy with a big heart and smile. My heart aches for Julie.

To say Thom was a remarkable man, a great friend and an incredible mentor does not begin to convey the spirit of the man. Words will always fail at a time like this to do justice to the impact this man had on my life. We deeply morn his passing but his peace is more important than my sorrow. It is more important to remember how much better our lives became are of Thom.

My Wife & I are fortunate to have known Thom and are honored to have an extensive collection of his beautifully crafted knives which we have on display to remind us of our friendship. He will surely be missed.
