Thomas John Cope, 42, devoted and hardworking father, husband, and son of God, went home Wednesday, November 23rd, 2022. He was born February 12, 1980 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to parents Terry and Claudia Cope. In addition to his father, Tommy was preceded in death by his sister, Shari Snow. Those left to cherish Tommy's memory include his wife, Meredith Cope; and sons, Mason, Derrick, and Tyson Cope.
Tommy and Meredith were sealed for time and all eternity February 16th, 2001, in the Memphis TN temple and with this union had their three sons. Tommy's life was all about his family and teaching his sons about the value of hard work, counting your blessings, being a gentleman and never giving up. His sons were his pride and joy, partners in crime, co-project managers and best friends he loved beyond measure. Meredith was his best friend, confidant, and queen of his home. He was mind, body and soul devoted to her and loved her more than he could ever express in words. Tommy instilled in his family the importance of looking for the positive and, waking up with a smile on your face each day, he always had a smile and a little dance he did every morning to make his wife and sons smile as he was the only "morning person" in his family.
Though gone from this world too soon, we know you are at peace and happy. We will miss your hugs, your talks, your laugh, and smile. Rest easy, My Love, Big Fella, Big Man, Pops. Until we meet again.
