Thomas David "Tommy" Cusack, age 45. Cherished son of Thomas (retired CPD) and Beverly (nee Breckinridge). Adored brother of Shannon Cusack, Jennifer (Bernard) McNeela, Susan (Michael, CPD) Costello, and Lynnette (Matthew) Nemeth. Dear uncle of Bridget (fiancée Ramsey), Saoirse, Tommy, Daniel, Michael, Aubrey, Ryan, Jay, the late Hannah, and Maura. Loved nephew of many aunts and uncles and fond cousin of many. Resident of Misericordia Home for 32 years, lovingly cared for by numerous staff. Graduate of the Chicago Lighthouse for the Blind. Memorial Visitation Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 9:00 am until time of Mass 10:30 am at St. Cajetan Church, 2445 W. 112th St. Chicago. Interment private.
