Tommy,

It's now been a few weeks and still feels unreal. There's things I keep wanting to tell and show you. I miss you so much.

You were definitely a unique character and I´m heartbroken to hear that you´re suddenly gone. I may be states away these days but I never forgot you and my other friends up in your corner of NY.

My deepest condolences to you, there´s nothing worse than a sudden absence from your life. Please reach out if you need anything.

You had a unique perspective on the world and how you fit within it. Your insights and approach to things were enlightening and had a far greater impact on others than you knew. You were a gentle light in this world, one that nurtured many.

Tommy - My heart is shattered and I still can´t believe this is real. I will always remember your texts and messages and how often you checked in on me, and shared your personal thoughts and experiences. We had so much in common - and I regret not meeting up with you the week before for lunch. I´ll still be talking to you each day - just in a different way.
