Thomas DeLoss Obituary
JOHNSTOWN: Thomas John DeLoss, 53, passed away suddenly at his residence on May 18, 2015.
He was born on September 6, 1961 in Meadville, PA, a son to the late Anthony and Jennie (Varricchio) DeLoss.
Tom is survived by his loving wife, Bobbi Jo (Powelson) DeLoss; children, Thomas J. DeLoss II, Lindsey (Austin) Gunthorp, Justin Gardner, Nathan DeLoss and Dustin Gardner; grandchildren, Logan Kirk and Keaton DeLoss; sisters, Angela (Jay) Weichmann, Mary (Randy) Shaffer, Toni (Byron) Schwenn and Beth Smith; brothers, Mike DeLoss and Dan (Nikki) DeLoss.
Tom was a member of the Johnstown All Creatures 4-H Club and an Assistant Coach for the Johnstown-Monroe High School soccer team.
Friends may call Sunday, May 24, 2015, from 4 to 7 pm at the CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME 225 N. Main St. Johnstown, OH, where a service will be held at 7:00pm with Pastor Mike Rector officiating. Family requests casual attire. Private family inurnment Green Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Johnstown Food Pantry c/o Johnstown Independent Baptist Church 7397 Johnstown Alexandria Rd, Johnstown, OH 43031. An online memorial will be available at www.ckfraley.com

Tom and I were childhood friends, we were as close as brothers and usually inseparable. We played golf together with our fathers, double dated, and we were just great friends. I am in such shock that my friend is gone. I will always have the memories of our youth, and I will always keep Tom close in my mind and my heart. My condolences go out to the entire Deloss family.

Tom was a good man, he was always there to help me at work when I needed something, He was such a fun loving guy, who was always joking around, had fun at work, and got all of us through the day, he was just a big kid! so much fun. I'm gonna miss him, work is just not the same. Prayers go out to Bobbi jo and the rest of the family. I'm very sorry for your loss.

To my DeLoss family from Meadville-growing up as neighbors and friends will always be in my heart with loving memories! Your Tom was the youngest of us all and a sweet kid. My mom and brother enjoyed the DeLoss reunions at his house several years ago. Praying that you find comfort in your wonderful memories. Wish I was there to hug you all and I wish I could have met his family. Love to all.

Uncle Tom I will miss you and the times we shared from you helping me into a tree, potato sack races, bocci ball games and catching lightning bugs, but what I will remember most about you is how you took time with me and your other nieces and nephews...maybe it was our age but I will always believe it to be you being the fun, free spirited, loving, caring man that I could hang with and who loved hanging with me! Thank you for showing me how to pay it forward to our younger generations too! I love you so much and I will never forget you or your impact on me!
