Thomas F. Donohue

Thomas F. Donohue, born Oct. 3, 1947 to Eileen and Thomas Donohue. Tom grew up in Rosedale, Queens. He was in the United States Army 25 th Infantry Division during the Vietnam War. He was wounded multiple times and is a 4 time purple heart recipient. Tom was a dedicated NYC Police Officer for 23 years patrolling the streets of South Jamaica and Far Rockaway receiving endless medals and citations for his bravery. Tom loved his family dearly, he was predeceased by his beautiful loving wife Catherine Mooney. He was the proud father of Tommy(Cheyenne), Mary(Steve) and Sean(Liana). He was the proud grandfather of John, Shannon and Logan.. He was the loving big brother of Diane, Dennis(Kathy), Eddie(Cindy), and Clare. Tom loved to fish, loved Roscoe and the mountains. Tom had the biggest heart, he would do anything for anyone. a proud veteran and loved his family.
