Thomas Doyle

Tommy´s family lived a few doors away from my family´s and it didn´t take long for our parents to become lifelong friends. Tommy and I were the same age and when I wasn´t going to go to my high school senior prom the moms put their heads together and decided I should go or I would always regret it and they both thought I should ask Tommy-we´d known each other since 6th grade- so I asked and he agreed to go. He even drove me and my friends into the city after the prom. He was so great to fill in as my date and I´ll never forget his generosity to do it and to make sure I had a great time!
I remember that Tommy always had a knowing twinkle in his eye. Made you think he knew something you didn´t, which he probably did.
I saw Tommy one more time, many years later, and he seemed so calm and comfortable in his Vermont skin. I was glad to see he´d found his peaceful place.

I´m so sorry for your loss. He was too young!!
