Thomas Duda, Jr. Obituary
Age 80, of Green Tree, passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024. Beloved husband of 56 years of Kathleen J. “Kathy” Duda (Seiler). Loving father of Craig Duda, Kristin Sabram (Tim), and Mark Duda (Dee Dee). Cherished grandfather of Justin and Cameron Duda, Hannah and Josh Sabram, and Lily and Gus Duda. Tom also leaves behind a sister, Lorraine Kiger (Jerry) as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family.
He was a pharmacist for over 45 years and managed Duda’s Pharmacy in Carnegie until it closed in 1991. Tom proudly served in the United States Air Force as a Pharmacy Officer for 3 years. He was so proud of his kids and grandchildren. Tom’s greatest gifts were love, encouragement, and laughter.
Per Tom’s request services and interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, 1 N. Linden St. Duquesne, PA 15110, and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306. Arrangements entrusted to William Slater II Funeral Service (412-563-2800) Scott Twp.
