Thomas J. Eckdale

Tom is not here now, but he's not forgotten. In our Sunday School class today 2/8/26, we were talking about being spiritual fathers and mothers to younger people around us. I remembered Tom, (back in the later 70's), and Tom bringing to a couple of the residents from a local mentally challenged group home where he worked, to church. They would sit close to him, and put their arms across his shoulder, and he'd do likewise. It was a caring atmosphere, where the residents felt love from a spiritual
father, and the residents grew in their relationship with Christ.
Thank you Tom for loving all people. You were a wonderful example to all of us.
