Thomas Evers Obituary
COLONIE - Thomas Paul Evers, 66, of Colonie, N.Y., passed away on December 19, 2025, after a courageous battle fought on his own terms.
Born August 26, 1959, to Marcia and Edward J. Evers Sr., Tom spent over 40 years as a respected professional in the car business. An avid bowler and golfer, he loved a cold Budweiser and a shot of Jameson with friends.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy; children, Laura Cotazino and Sean Evers; and grandson, Lorenzo Cotazino. He is also survived by his sister, Arlene (Wayne) Roland, of Greenwood, S.C.; and his brother, Edward J. Evers Jr. (Charlotte), of Fredericksburg, Va.; as well as many nieces and nephews. He is now reunited with his beloved dogs, Angelina, Chancey, and Kody.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Monday, January 5, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m., at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, N.Y. 12205.

Im deeply saddened to hear about the loss of Tom. He was an amazing man and a pleasure to be around. Ill forever be grateful for the opportunity he gave me to work with him at lia years ago. Rest in peace my friend. Gone bust surely never to be forgotten thank you for everything you've done for me in the short time I got to know you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
