Tommy is survived by his mother, Linda Faison of Bonifay, FL; one sister, Vanessa Collins and husband Kevin of Bonifay, FL; a niece, Madison Collins; three nephews, Gabe Collins, Ethan Johnston, and Jack Johnston; two great nieces, River and Ramsey; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 AM Monday, August 14, 2023, at Peel Funeral Home. A private graveside will be held at 11:30 AM Monday, August 14, 2023, in the New Hope Methodist Church Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to a charity of your choice.
