Thomas L. Fraizer

Thomas L. Fraizer, age 73, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away January 29, 2026, at Kenton Nursing Care and Rehab in Kenton, Ohio.

Tom was born June 10, 1952, in Columbus, Ohio to Lloyd and Nellie Fraizer. He worked for A&P Grocery and Tansky Toyota for many years, and used to enjoy going to car derbies. Tom also loved watching live police chase shows and was a very quiet, level headed, and loving man.

Surviving are his loving wife of 48 years, Kathy Fraizer; children, Sherolin (Bryan) Middleton and Adam Fraizer; 2 grandchildren, Kyle Jacobsen and Analiese Jacobsen; 6 great-grandchildren, Briley, Noah Lee, Rosie, Leighanna, Dalton, Bowen; sibling, Sue (Harry) Robison; sister-in-law, Sharon Fraizer; several nieces and nephews; and friends, Paul Blosser and Bill Cooper.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Nellie Fraizer; mother and father in law, Bob and Donna Smith; son, Noah Jacobsen; and siblings, Jeannie Lantz and Jim Fraizer.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home of Logan, Ohio.

Calling hours will be observed from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, prior to the service at the funeral home.
