Thomas D Gidcumb

Thomas D. Gidcumb, 59, of Mount Carmel, Illinois, passed away on November 6, 2025 at Saint Louis University Hospital in Saint Louis, Missouri. He was born on June 4, 1966 in Mount Carmel, Illinois, the son of Delmar and Elinor (Driggs) Gidcumb.
Tommy was a dedicated and hardworking man who took pride in his work at Road Master, Motorad, and Toyota. He loved spending time outdoors, especially when working on lawn mowers or enjoying a quiet day by the water. Whether he was fishing or simply taking in the beauty of nature, Tommy found peace and happiness in the great outdoors. He will be missed by his family and friends.
Tommy will be remembered by siblings, Linda Jones, Danny Kays, Rebecca (Tom) Hammond, Teresa (Jim) Taylor, Denise Romero, Debbie (Norman) Churchill; fiancé, Terri Brown; many loved aunts, uncles, cousins, along with several nieces and nephews.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Forrest and Helen Driggs, Thomas and Rebecca Gidcumb; three nephews, Daniel Kays, Joshua Churchill and Travis Romero; two nieces, Nadina Taylor and Ashanti Romero; brother-in-law, Marvin Jones.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a Visitation from 12:00 p.m.- 1:00 p.m., Thursday, November 13, 2025 in the Chapel of Keepes Funeral Home. Following the Visitation no formal services will be held.
