Cheryl, I was very sad to hear of Tom's passing. Our families prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. I certainly would have attended the visitation but I am recovering from knee surgery ( driving leg) & a back issue. So coming from Michigan via car would be difficult at best. As you know, I worked for Tom at Mahwah and Lorain. I was Tom's Division Rep as well. Tom taught me a lot and I have the highest regard for Tom's knowledge and ability. Tom was highly respected and well liked in our Ford fraternity. Through the years we became friends and no matter what position I held Tom would reach out and continue to mentor me. We had been through some hard times at Lorain and Ohio Assembly but Tom's steady hand always guided us through. Your family was blessed to have him as a husband, father and grand father. Again, I truly wish I could be there but traveling at this time would be very difficult. As requested, I will send a donation to The Diabetes Association of Greater Cleveland on behalf of Tom. With the highest regard and respect may you and your family be blessed with love, support and prayers. Tony Galasso

My wife (Ann Ward) and I had the privilege to work with Tom at Lorain and Ohio Truck. What an amazing person he was and what a remarkable life and bless life he had. We feel so lucky to know him..We wish you peace and courage to face the days ahead with loving memories to forever hold in your heart..

I only spent a short time with Tom, but, he was such a sweet man to all of my family. He was so gracious and caring to everyone around him, he made all of us feel welcome. I'm so sorry for your loss. Prayers for all of you.
