I had the honor and pleasure of meeting Tom ( and Carolyn) earlier this year at the service of his sister in law ( Myrna Hart ) at Arlington National Cemetery. I spent the day with Tom and members of his family. At the end of our day I was impressed with his wit and unassuming manner in everything we did while together. His family and the students he came in contact over the years are richer for having known him......... I am! RIP Tom.
