Thomas R. Harvey, 94, of Wilmington, Ohio (formerly of New Burlington), passed away on March 27, 2025. A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville, is handling arrangements for the family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. I knew Tom from riding the school bus and him being in my sister class. Tom gave me the nickname "Flash" which has stuck with me forever. He was a special friend and his memories will be cherished.
