I remember many times ' in the garden', cleaning up the churchyard on Saturdays until I was unable. Pleasant times with a real Southern Gentleman.

Mr. Johnson, was such a great gentleman and friend! I'll never forget the fun times when he organized a fund raiser golf tournament for several years at Shadowmoss Golf Course. Whenever IU saw him he was always wanting to help someone, whether to find a job, offer assistance, just lend a friendship hand, or help someone in need.

He was always a family man talking about his son or wife in great respect and admiration.

I just heard of Tom's passing, and I am so sorry. I will always remember eating fresh caught crabs with the two of you on your porch overlooking the Ashley River.
