69, of Deer Creek Rd., Portville, died July 7, 2024 at home. He was a retired pharmacist and practiced in Lockport, Medina, Olean, and Wellsville. Survived by wife Cheryl (nee Kozen); sons Jared (Beth) and Josh (Abby); 4 grandchildren, nephews, and cousins. Visitation is Friday 3-5:30 at Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, Olean. Tom was a good man who loved life, friends, and family and deserved better from the medical profession whose patience he so ably and well served for so many years. A terrible loss. Try to remember the goods times.
