I met Tom shortly after they moved to Monroe. He was always an interesting character and told good stories! He lived life to the full and enjoyed going out in the town---where I would see him many times. When he lived downtown, he was always out with his dog...in summer he would sit outside with a beer and chat with anyone who sat down next to him.
