Thomas "Tommy" Eugene Kinslow, age 57 of Butler, Missouri went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 16, 2026 at Butler Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Butler. He was born April 19, 1968 to Robert Thomas and Mildred Monica Donahoo Kinslow in Ogden, Utah and lived a life full of laugher, love, and unforgettable moments.

Tommy had a way of brightening every room he entered. With a quick wit and a sarcastic joke always at the ready, he could make anyone laugh–even on the hardest days. Beneath the humor, he carried a deeply creative soul, with a gift for writing poetry that few knew about but that revealed the depth of his heart. He loved to sing and one of his greatest joys was sharing music with those he loved–especially his Grannie, who held a special place in his heart and loved to hear him sing. He loved the Dallas Cowboys, tattoos and music of all kinds. Tommy was blessed with an angel on earth, Jennifer, who loved him unconditionally and cared for him through every challenge, walking beside him on his journey home.

Tommy's spirit was unforgettable. His laughter, his songs, his poems and his unique perspective on the world will remain in the hearts of everyone who knew him. He taught those around him to find joy, even in the smallest moments and to never take life too seriously. Tommy will forever be remembered, forever loved, and forever missed.

Tommy is survived by his mother, Monica Burrell (David) of Morristown, Arizona; his sister, Rachel Wise (Mike) of Kansas City, Missouri; his children, Dakota Kinslow of Columbia, Missouri and Maia Kinslow of Savannah, Missouri, whom he loved deeply; his three cherished granddaughters, Lilli-anna, Charlotte and Petunia; and many other cherished friends and relatives. Tommy was preceded in death by Mildred Donahoo "Grannie", Stanley Donahoo "Grandpa" and his brother Roger.
