THOMAS J. KOUDELKA, 87, of Sagamore Hills, passed away January 16, 2026. Beloved husband of Carol A. (nee Zamecnik); loving father of Susan L. Hamilton (Michael), Dawn M. Nero (Robert), and Timothy T. (Susan); cherished grandfather of Christopher (Francesca), Robert (Alexa), Samantha (Darren), the late Peter, Sarah (Justin), and Maria (Jason); adored great grandfather of Isabella, Mia, Luca, and Sofia; dear brother of the late Mary Jane Schipper (the late Henk) and the late Carol Baldwin (the late Dick); uncle and great uncle of many. Longtime member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church.
