He is survived by his wife, Shirley Locatelli of West Union; daughters Amy Locatelli of Little Rock, AR; Betty Locatelli of Little Rock, AR; step daughter Barbara Mumford of North Kingstown, RI; son Russell Locatelli of Little Rock, AR; step son Michael Mumford of Thomasville, PA; several brothers & sisters; three grandchildren & one great grandchild.
Mr. Locatelli is to be cremated; no services are scheduled at this time. The Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union has the honor of serving the family.

bro Tom was a great friend that always was a call away. he would come an get me an my kids for church every week. bro Tom will always be my best friend. bro Tom I love an miss u so much. I will see u again my friend. fly high an watch over us. we love an miss u so much. thank you for being a friend to me. my heart is broken but I know that one day I'll see you again.....
