I can't believe it's been a year. I think of Tom often, it is still very hard to imagine this world without him, as he was my surrogate "dad". Too many memories and stories, but Marge, Mike and Mark know them all!! I will continue to hoist his shirt every Patriot game, in my heart, I know he had a little something to do with that amazing comeback #5!!!!!!

To all the Leonard family,
As a lawyer, I had the good fortune to work with Tom on matters over the years. He was always the competent gentleman. More important, I got to know him in the context of community activities, most recently regarding North Shore Elder Services. Tom was dedicated, smart, and a genuinely fine and honorable person. I was blessed to have known him and will remember him with fondness always. My condolences to all. Bob Holloway

I worked with Tom for 15 years and am shocked at this news. Tom and I ran the bank's charity golf tournament during all these years while working together at the bank and I had the pleasure of seeing his passion in many areas. I looked to him as an example as I became heavily involved in the Peabody community civic organizations. Tom was a man I looked up to as a banker, humanitarian and an example of how to give back to the community. My heartfelt sympathies and good wishes are extended to his family. He was an incredible person and it was my honor to share those years with him.

On behalf of my sister, Beth Bragel Amil and myself I would like to express our deepest sympathy to the Family of Thomas Leonard. Beth's friendship with Nancy goes back over 60 years. For all of these years we have heard Nancy proudly talk of Tom's contributions to his community and devotion to his family. I know your grief will be dwarfed by the knowledge of the love and respect he rightfully earned throughout his life and I hope this will be a comfort to all of the family. Sincerely, Donna Bragel.

Sorry to hear about your Dads passing, my condolences to you and your family.

Tom there are so many memories and so many good times that we shared with you and Marge it would be impossible to list them all here. One of the ones that stands out however is the trip to Notre Dame in the RV with you in the shotgun seat. You enjoyed every minute of it and even tried to learn the ins and outs of RVing in one lesson! You will be very much missed in our lives and the lives of our girls to whom you gave good advise and help in the work world. You will be miss greatly for your knowledge of sports and especially listening to Joyce complain about the two top teams ND and the Patriots. Of course there was always that rivalry between which team was the best college team too ND or BC. We did agree both had good teams right! God has you as a committee head already I am sure and a very good one at that. Rest in peace dear friend. Love Bob and Joyce
