Thomas Glenn Matthews

Thomas was a man who endured much pain, and yet had a steadfast love for His Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! Also providentially, as I stood by his hospital bed just a few days before he went to be with the Lord, I saw just how much he loved Juanita and shared a dream about how others will take care of her. (The dream was about how Jesus who was hanging on the cross and in excruciating pain, made sure that His mother, Mary will be under John's care). Whether it was a dream or a prayer, Tom's was answered. I heard that the Grace Lutheran priest and the church promised to take care of her. Yes, despite the pain, the discomfort, and running the last leg of his race, Thomas was ready to be in the presence of His Lord and Savior, Jesus!
